Here is my protein patty mix, provided in the simplest form. This mix is available off the shelf, cost effective and provides a high level of usable nutrients. Use Randy Oliver’s Amino Acid calculator to help balance out the protein products that you choose to use. You can also use a prepared protein base to help cover those bases. I think these providers are getting closer to a balanced protein profile.
