Air Fryer Strawberry Cream Cheese Hand Pies | Strawberry and Cream Cheese Hand Pies

Air Fryer Strawberry and Cream Cheese Hand Pies Recipe:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 eggyolk
strawberry preserve
1 pie crust
1 tbsp sugar for dusting
1 egg for egg wash

Directions:
1. Whisk together cream cheese and sugar. You can do it by hand or with a hand mixer if you want.
2. Once cream cheese and sugar are combined, add eggyolk, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Continue mixing until everything is combine. Set aside.
3. Unroll 1 pie crust and make 6 mini round crusts out of it.
4. Scoop cream cheese and strawberry preserve in the center of each round crust, fold over and seal.
5. Brush each pies with egg wash and sprinkle sugar on top.
6. Arrange in the air fryer basket without overlapping and cook at 350 F preheated air fryer for 6-8 minutes. Flip halfway through and brush the other side with egg wash, sprinkle sugar on top and continue cooking. Air fryer does vary so adjust time or temp if needed.
7. Enjoy!
