VAMS Program Coordinator Graeme Wyman prepares his take on a Cesar salad in this fun video for the Disabled Independent Gardeners Association (DIGA).

Cesar Salad Ingredients
• 2 anchovy fillets packed in oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 large egg yolks* (Raw egg is not recommended for infants, the elderly & pregnant women)
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
• 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan
• 3 cups torn 1" pieces country bread
• 2 romaine hearts
• Sea Salt
• Black pepper
