Today I am doing a distillery interview, interviewing Founder and Distiller Josh McLafferty from *Monashee Spirits*. We sat down to talk about Canadian Whisky and have a taste of *Doctor's Orders.*. a bourbon style whisky. Josh shares with me the story behind his Days of Darkness series, the community that came together and much more.

This Canadian Bourbon Style Whisky comes from the Monashee Spirits, a small distillery here in British Columbia whose focus on their community, collaboration, and sustainability in their craft.
