COMMENT: This wasn't something I had originally planned to rip in full, but the day before this was uploaded, a user by the name of RicksGAFaves asked me to put up the entirety of this tape. He stated. "I have been looking for Covert Bailey's old fitness seminars for ages. I WISH now that I had taped all those that used to air on PBS during pledge week."
