"El Uno Grande" (The Great One) is an Argentine military march composed by Otantino Ambrosini with lyrics by Camps Pinto in the year 1924. It is the official march of the 1st Infantry Regiment "Patricios" (Patriots). It celebrates the regiment and the Argentine military history in general, mentioning the battles of Curupaytí, Salta, and Tucumán from the War of Independence of the United Provinces of the Río de la Plata. It is a march more similar to European ones, such as German or English marches, as it has music with lyrics sung by soldiers. Nowadays, the march is used in events and ceremonies of various infantry units of the Argentine Army.
