TechIsland reached a big milestone!
We launched a new platform which was developed by the global intelligence company Dealroom.co for the Cyprus tech industry. It's the first of its kind and has already cataloged over 500 startups, 155 investors, and 85 corporates.
Through this platform, we're aiming
-to create a complete picture of the Cyprus Tech Ecosystem,
-provide data transparency to local stakeholders,
-showcase the local startups globally, and
-provide an opportunity for them to fundraise globally.
It was the first project released by the Startups Working Group of TechIsland, and we hope this tool will empower entrepreneurs to reach their goals and support the growth of the local economy. Thanks to the Chair of the Committee Marios Demetriades and the Board members for support of the initiative.
