Here’s a longer video that gives a more complete view of the Shades of Coffee RI9480 power switch mod

This mod gives you a proper on/off control with a rocker switch - so that you can then easily use your Classic with a WiFi smartswitch and your favourite voice assistant.

The mod is easily reversible if you ever wanted to - and is quick, easy and relatively cheap to install.

I’ve included the “before” section at the start so that anyone who already has a Classic Pro with a proper rocker switch can appreciate what everyone else in the world has to suffer with in the way of stupid spring loaded power switches!

This also bypasses the 20 minute timer for the RI9480 Classic - so it’ll stay on until you, your smartswitch or your favourite voice assistant turn it off!
