Method 1: Make sure you have a supported iPhone.
The Depth Effect feature does not support all iPhone models if you have iPhone 10 and later iPhones such as iPhone xs, xs max, xr, iPhone 11, 12 and 13 series. All these iPhones support this feature.
This feature is not provided for iPhone 8.

Method 2: Make Sure Depth Effect Mod is
Enabled.

While depth is usually enabled by default on your lock screen in most cases, you may need to enable it manually when using some wallpapers. Let's make sure the depth effect is enabled.

1. Go to Settings menu in your device.
2. Now, Swipe down to find the “Wallpaper” and tap it.
3. On this page, Tap “Add New Wallpaper.”
4. Here, you want to select the “Photo” you would like to use, I am going to use this wallpaper here.
5. Now, tap on this three dots and If it’s not on, click Depth Effect to turn it on.

Method 3: Ensure you’re using a supported wallpaper.

The wallpaper you use for depth effect is supported or not.
There are some wallpapers in our phone that do not support this feature, for example when we go to wallpaper, here you can see that this wallpaper supports depth effect But if we look at the wallpaper next to it, it doesn't support this feature.
