If you work two jobs or you get overtime pay, is that pay included in calculating your child support?

It really depends. The judge does have the ability to look at historical data, and if you have historically worked overtime, the judge can use this overtime pay in calculating child support.

However, there is an argument to make that if you're going to be exercising parenting time, you're not going to have the ability to work overtime hours, and therefore that overtime pay should not be used to calculate child support. The same is true for a second job.
