Tutorial (this patch requires you to already have cckiller latest ver):
- Go into region in your control panel and on the administrative tab, change lanuage for unicode programm to "Chinese, Simplified" (you can change it back later if you want)
- your mugen.exe must be named "mugen.exe" for this to work.
- open mugen.exe and hover your select to cckiller (don't select him yet), run the cnao.bat (located in the chinese folder, don't put in the mugen directory because i used a shortcut in the video), after that select him and his opponent normally.
- press esc if the window won't close
