Meet GUMOTEX Rush1 - a ROBUST inflatable hybrid kayak!

This is my overview of Gumotex Rush 1 inflatable kayak, with a few tests on the water.

The kayak, like every other Gumotex boat, is made of Nitrilon, which is a blend of synthetic and natural rubber with reinforcement net between the layers. However, what's unique here is that this rubber kayak also has a drop stitch floor as well as drop stitch bow and stern. Usually, only PVC craft utilize drop stitch technology.

2024 UPDATE: after Rush's long absence from the market it is coming back from April 2024 a slightly altered form:
- Details at bow and stern are no longer drop stitch, they utilize classic i-beams, while the DS hull with a protruding keel remains.
- The foam/fabric seat has been replaced with an inflatable one with a push-push valve. It is the same model as in Seashine.

Pressure ratings:
Drop stitch floor - 7,2psi
Side walls - 3,7psi
Foot plate - 3,5psi
Inflatable seat - 3,0psi

The price mentioned in the video was the price at the time of recording, it will most likely change over time.

EU pricing:
RRP for Rush 1 at Gumotex's website is 1540€.
Full cockpit kit costs 318€.
Replacement cockpit cover is 250€.

UK pricing:
Gumotex Rush 1 - 1369£.
Cockpit kit - 284£.
