Nigerian Fried Rice Ingredients (measure with our hearts)
2 cups of pre cooked rice
½ cup of turkey or chicken stock
4 Tablespoon of sunflower/ vegetable oil
1 diced onion
1/2 diced fresh scotch bonnet pepper
½ diced green bell pepper
2/3 diced garlic cloves
1 cup mixed vegetable Carrots, Sweet peas, Sweet corn and green beans
1 cup beef liver
1 cup Prawns
1 teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 large scallion or spring onion
2 chicken stock cube
½ tablespoon of all purpose
½ teaspoon paprika
½tablespoon collie flakes
1 maggi cube

Turkey Ingredients
Fresh paste: A blend of 1 fresh scotch bonnet peppers, ½ onion, 2 garlic gloves and 1 tablespoon of diced ginger.
sunflower or vegetable oil
½ tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon curry
3 maggi seasoning cube
1 chicken stock seasoning cube
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon honey
