INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1. Follow the link in the description on the google drive and download the file there, it will be added to the archive.
Step 2. Unzip the file using your program.
Step 3. The house will consist of a certain number of files with different resolutions, you need to place all files in one folder - Tray. It's located in My Documents \ Electronic Arts \ The Sims 4 \ Tray;
Step 4. After the files are transferred to the Tray folder, you can start the game;
Step 5. Entering the game in the city map mode, select the icon in the upper right corner "Open gallery";
Step 6. In the gallery, open the "My Library" tab, it is in this tab that you will find this building;
Step 7. You need to choose a building. A window will appear with its indicators, and then in the lower right corner select the function "Place parcel".

ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО УСТАНОВКЕ:
Шаг 1. Перейти по ссылке в описании на гугл диск и скачать там файл, он будет добавлен в архив.
Шаг 2. Разархивировать файл с помощью Вашей программы.
Шаг 3. Дом будет состоять из определенного количества файлов с разным разрешением, необходимо поместить все файлы в одну папку – Tray. Она расположена: Мои документы\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray;
Шаг 4. После того, как файлы перекинуты в папку Tray, можно запускать игру;
Шаг 5. Зайдя в игру в режиме карты города, выберете значок в верхнем правом углу «Открыть галерею»;
Шаг 6. В галерее, следует открыть вкладку «Моя библиотека», именно в данной вкладке вы обнаружите данную постройку;
Шаг 7. Необходимо выбрать постройку. Появится окно с его показателями, а затем в правом нижнем углу выбрать функцию «Разместить участок».
