How to make a super moist and velvety Cream Cheese Loaf Cake that melts in your mouth.

Here's what you'll need:
1/3 cup unsalted butter (softened) 75g
1/3 cup softened cream cheese (75g)
2/3 cups sugar (135g)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla or 2 tbsp lemon juice for a tangy taste
1 cup cake flour or all purpose flour (120g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
Please note:
-All ingredients should be in room temperature.
-Baking temp is 160C or 320F (not 340F-typo in the video)
-You can double this recipe too. Just double everything.

How to:
1. Preheat oven at 160C/320F.
2. Mix butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy using wire whisk or electric hand mixer.
3. Add sugar and continue mixing until batter is light and fluffy.
4. Beat eggs and gradually add it to the batter. Mixing every after addition. Total of 7 addition. Then add vanilla.
5. Sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
6. Mix just until combined.
7. Pour batter to a 6 x 3 x 2.5 inches loaf pan. Tap to release excess bubbles.
8 Spread the batter.
9. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool down completely.
11. Serve and enjoy!
