Jeep FAILED on the JL/JT Manual Trans! But would I buy it again?

If you were like me and you've ever considered buying a manual transmission Jeep, you've probably read a thing or two about the reputation of the new Wrangler and Gladiator when equipped with a row-your-own gearbox. Or, maybe you're like me and you just ran out and bought one without doing much research at all aside from pricing and availability! as it turns out, JL and JT Jeeps are one of the most polarizing manual transmission vehicles that you can buy - some people swear by them, others loathe them. Now that I've spent 5,000 miles with ours, and having experienced some frustrations of my own, I can see why this is the case. But is it really as bad as the haters claim it to be?
