Dried taro leaves (pinatuyong dahon ng gabi) - depends on the volume of coconut milk that will be used (do not overcrowd)
Pork (karneng baboy) - 200g
Onion (sibuyas) - 1 bulb
Garlic (bawang) - 4 gloves
Ginger (luya) - 1 medium size
Small chili (siling labuyo) - 3 pcs
Long chili (siling haba/ siling pansigang) - 3pcs
Fermented shrimp paste (bagoong alamang) - 1 1/2 tbsp
Lemon grass (tanglad)
Coconut Milk (gata) - 625ml
Left-over smoked milk fish (tinapang bangus/tinapa) - optional
