Experience the excitement of boarding one of the busiest and most exhilarating trains I've ever caught, all made worthwhile by the stunning vistas along the way. Our adventure continues as we arrive at our charming accommodation, followed by a delightful exploration of traditional Sri Lankan cuisine for lunch.

The narrative unfolds as we proceed to our next lodging, perched at the highest point in Sri Lanka. Join us as we unwind by the fire in our cozy abode. The subsequent day brings us to Ella, where we check into a new lodging, savor local cuisine, and visit the iconic 9 arches bridge, indulging in tea with a breathtaking view.

Taking a moment for myself on another day, I enjoy a leisurely lunch and pamper myself with a nail treatment. The day concludes with an enriching experience at the White Elephant Cooking School, where I learn the art of cooking authentic Sri Lankan dishes. Venturing solo to Tangalle, I check into a new hostel, sample Sri Lanka's KFC for the first time, and navigate the challenge of avoiding rain. The day takes a delightful turn as I make new friends, culminating in a beachside dinner to cap off a truly beautiful day. Join me on this incredible journey filled with exploration, culinary adventures, and memorable moments.
