Original DVD Release Date: December 4, 2001 (3 days before the 60th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor war)

Here’s the order:
1. DVD Menu

MPAA Rating: PG-13 (for sustained, intense war sequences, images of wounded, brief sensuality and some language)

NOTE: Just like every other Disney/Buena Vista multidisc DVD releases from the time, disc 2 just goes right to the main menu without any FBI warning screens or de facto home video logos (for this one, it’s the Touchstone Home Video logo), however, this time, this movie has the second part of the movie playing once you click play on the main menu, but the THX logo isn’t shown before that part of the movie plays, honestly, that makes sense since this is mainly a bonus disc DVD release despite this also having the second part of the film which isn’t on disc 1 (which has the first half of this film) of this, however, the only times disc 2 would have the FBI warning screens and de facto home video logos before the main menu was on the 2002 DVD release of Tron (which was released a month after this on January 15, 2002), I know disc 2 of the 2003 DVD release of Finding Nemo also has the FBI warning screens and also has the previews and sneak peeks menus too, but that doesn’t have a de facto home video logo like many other Pixar home media releases from the time (with some exclusions such as the 2005 VHS release of The Incredibles) and that disc of that movie has the fullscreen version of this movie and the THX Tex Ex logo on there too

NOTE #2: I know that there are no previews that play on disc 1 of this as it just has the FBI warning screens, Touchstone Home Video logo and then the main menu, which all we see on disc 1 are Chapter Selection, Set Up and Play, while disc 2 of this has none of the first two mentioned for what I have mentioned about this not having those for obvious reasons, but the main menu also has a Bonus Features selection in between the Set Up and Play selections, but if there was somewhat a sneak peeks menu option on disc 1 that has previews or if they did the same thing as what they would later do on the 2003 DVD release of Finding Nemo where they would have disc 1 appear with no previews or sneak peeks menu, but disc 2 would have those things instead, I can see the theatrical trailers to Peter Pan: Return to Neverland and Lilo and Stitch (which would make it one of the only few Touchstone releases to have age appropriate previews whereas most of these releases would have trailers to stuff that are for older audiences for the obvious reason, this was one of Disney’s adult oriented banners), the trailer to National Geographic Beyond The Movie: Pearl Harbor and the promos to the soundtrack to this movie and the GiftBooks and Novels promo to this movie (which the latter 3 were shown on the VHS counterpart to this in real life) being the opening previews on here, whereas the theatrical trailer to Signs and the ABC promo to Alias would be some of the extra previews on there (this would have to be updated by ‪@firstzachattackdvdblu-rayo3142‬ sometime soon), but it would feel interesting either way though

NOTE #3: I thought that since tomorrow will mark 84 years since the war on Pearl Harbor (which made the US join World War II shortly after) and that 2 days ago marked 24 years since this movie was released on DVD and VHS, I thought of doing the opening to this since I didn’t get the chance to do so yet
