Описание к видео St. Johns Apostolic Faith Mission Church draws efforts to re-unite

Church splits, or the division of a church into two or more churches is a common issue in South Africa. Some churches still split over doctrinal issues, while others split due to leadership issues.
The St. Johns Apostolic Faith Mission Church, founded by Christinah Mokotudi Nku split in 1972. PJ Masango became an Archbishop of the church and this was confirmed by a long drawn court battle. Through various events and collaborative efforts, the church hopes to reunite. The church recently held a unity festival from the 10-11 August, the second joint festival celebrated by the two groups. For more on this we are joined in studio by Archbishop David Ramela of the St Paul African Apostolic Church, Archbishop Daniel Mathe and Deputy Archbishop Johannes Nku, from the St Johns Church.
