Casting bullets - Gunmetal Alloy -

Good morning everyone. I had a couple of ideas for this video that just didn't work out. But I came up with an idea that did. I recently found out that "Gunmetal" is an alloy. I always thought it was just a finish. So I decided to try and make some.

I'm really happy with the results. You will have to let me know your thoughts on it. Although I didn't have every grit I needed, I still was able to put a mirror finish on one of the ingots. It isn't perfect but I will get all the sandpaper I need and do a better job next time.

I have an idea for a project with bullets but it's going to require a whole mass of them. So I will be casting bullets every time I get a chance in order to complete this project. Once I figure out exactly how many I need, I will set a goal.
