“Tomorrow is the Independence Day of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. The heroic Chechen people achieved it on September 6, 1991, after 132 years of occupation.

Throughout this bloody period of forced existence within the Russian Empire, the Chechens never surrendered. A series of uprisings against Tsarism in the second half of the 19th century, the abrek movement in the early 20th century, the war with Denikin, a series of uprisings against the Soviets, and the creation of several independent entities in certain mountainous regions of Chechnya, Stalin’s deportation from 1944 to 1957, the idea of defying authority from the 1960s to the late 1980s. Independence from 1991 to 1999, including two years of war from 1994 to 1996. Re-occupation in 2000 and armed resistance until 2021.

General Yermolov believed that after his repressions, the Chechens would never again be the same free people. Prince Baryatinsky believed this after the capture of Imam Shamil. Stalin believed this after the genocide he committed against the Chechens in 1944. Putin believes this after imposing the Kadyrovite jackal regime on the Chechens.

Does anyone still believe that Chechnya will not rise again and again until it finally throws off the Russian yoke and regains its independence?

Chechens are not Kadyrovites, do not confuse wolves with jackals. The jackals tamed by Russia will flee along with the Russian army when Chechen soil once again ignites beneath their feet. In Sha Allah!”
