Описание к видео Optoma UHZ65 laser vs UHD60 bulb 4K Ultra HD projector comparison - Best under £5000?

Nikki Dean takes a look at the Optoma UHZ65 laser projector vs the UHD60 bulb projector. At twice the price is Laser worth the step up? Decide for yourself in our short video! Tell us your thoughts in the comments!

At less that £5000 the UHZ65 isn't exactly cheap. but compared to other laser projectors it offers a significantly cheaper option with all of the benefits. The question remains - How much better is laser than a bulb? - We compare one of the best 4K bulb projectors, the UHD60, to find out.

At 3000 Lumens brightness both of these projectors offer a very bright picture than can easily be viewed in almost full daylight conditions. However the Laser in the UHZ65 offers much brighter colour reproduction and darker blacks than the bulb powered UHD60 and UHD65. In the video you can see that the UHZ65 offers a much more powerful picture, sometimes even looking over saturated as our camera struggled with the extra brightness it produced!

The UHZ65 offer 4K UHD certified visuals via the latest Texas Instruments DLP chip. This supports a resolution of 2716 x 1528 pixels - about half that of the full 4K resolution - that is then pixel shifted each frame to produce the full resolution.

If you are looking to set up your own home theater then the Optoma UHD and UHZ range of projectors offer the best price to features of any brand on the market.
