Trip Itinerary

Day 1. Christchurch - Drove to Akaroa.
Camped at Akaroa Freedom camp DC

Day 2. Akaroa - Explored the Town of Akaroa, visited Tanes Garden & The Giants House.
Drove towards Arthurs Pass and stopped at Castle Hill to do the walking track.
Camped at Lake Pearson Campsite

Day 3. Arthurs Pass - Devils Punchbowl Walking track & Otira Valley Track
Camped at Lake Mahinapua DOC camping

Day 4. Hokitika - Hokitika Gorge & Franz Josef Glacier.
Camped at Otto/McDonald's Camping Area

Day 5. Fox Glacier - Lake Matheson Walking track, Fox Glacier viewing point.
Mount Aspiring NP - Roaring Billy Falls
Camped at Cameron Flat Campsite

Day 6. Wanaka - Lake Wanaka lookout, Lake Hawea lookout, that Wanaka Tree and Mt Iron Summit track.
Camped at Kawarau Camp self contained Vehicles Only

Day 7. Queenstown - Onsen Pools, Explored Arrowtown & visited Kiwi Park Queenstown.
Camped at 12 Mile Delta

Day 8. Queenstown - Ziptrek Eco Tour and Skyline Luge
Camped at Henry Creek Campground

Day 9. Drive from Te Anau - Kepler Track short walk, Mirror Lakes and Fiordland NP
Camped at Deer Flat Campsite

Day 10. Drive to Milford Sound - Lake Gunn, Falls Creek Falls, Monkey Creek, Homer Tunnel, Milford Sound Cruise & Lake Ferguson
Drive to Dunedin for the night

Day 11. Dunedin - Worlds Steepest Street & Allans Beach
Camped at Lake Poaka Campsite

Day 12. Mt Cook NP - Hooker Valley Track, Tasman Lake and River Walking track
Camped at Lake Poaka Campsite

Day 13. Mount Cook NP - Lake Pukaki & Lake Tekapo
Camped at Lake Opuha Picnic & Camping Area

Day 14. Drive to Akaroa to stay at Silo Stay

Day 15. Drive back to Christchurch to fly home
