The Polymorphism extension for Fantasy Grounds eliminates the hassle of tracking shapechanging effects directly on a character sheet. With a simple drag-and-drop system, players and GMs can quickly transform creatures while ensuring all statistics, abilities, and rules function as written in D&D 5E.

One-Click Shapechanging: Manage polymorph, true polymorph, wild shape, animal shapes, and shapechange directly from the character sheet.
Automatic Character Sheet Updates: When a transformation occurs, a new sheet opens with the new form’s abilities and statistics.
