A scrapbooking collaboration series with my scrappy friend @Moira OReilly

We are using our tools to create our backgrounds on the 16th of each month. If you want to have a go, tag us #backgroundbasics16 so we can see what you've been doing.

We shall only be using plain coloured cardstock, no patterned paper. Grab those stamps, stencils, punches and dies! Embellishments and alphas allowed!

For today's layout, a 12" template has been used to draw a circle on green cardstock and a scallop edge circle on white cardstock. The scallop circle has been cut out and distressed using a distress tool.

The Green & White textured cardstock form the basis of the layout. Patterned paper created using stamps from Stampin Up, Clearly Kelly, Craft Sensations, Lawn Fawn, Pink Fresh Studio and Studio G. Ranger Archival ink pads.

A Bramble Fox "Wild Life" title piece.

Three flair from The Flair Hut including an XL piece all finished with green metallic twine.

The circle border features wood dots, sequins, gems and glitter domes from my stash.

Added faux stitching around the scallop circle border.
