Shauntal Stage (Ice Weakness)
Shauntal's Drifblim raises her Special Attack by 1 rank and lowers your team's Special attack by 1 rank.
In this stage, Shauntal's Drifblim has Lessen Flinch 3. Very effective if you were able to flinch the opponent.
Other than that, there's nothing else just use high BP moves.

Grimsley Stage (Grass Weakness)
Grimsley's Sharpedo raises his speed by 1 rank every move is successful.
Grimsley's Sharpedo has Lessen Poisoned 8 which is lower than Lessen Poisoned 9.
Using the Poison Stall strategy might be useful enough.
Just be careful of Sharpedo's Liquidation attack.

Caitlin Stage (Ghost Weakness)
Caitlin's Reuniclus has a 30% chance of raising her team's Special defense by 1 rank if the move is successful.
Her side allies have a 20% chance of raising her team's Special defense by 1 rank if the move is successful.
Do mind about Reuniclus's Stored Power when it has any raising stats it would deal powerful damage.
Also after using the sync move, Caitlin's Reuniclus cast a Psychic Terrain. Better be careful when using Psychic and Stored Power.

Marshal Stage (Flying Weakness)
Marshal's Sawk Physical and Special defense cannot be lowered because the passive itself is Unbending and Stalwart.
Marshal's Sawk will cure all his Status Conditions after using a Sync move.
Raise your team's Physical defense as soon as possible or lower their Physical attacks or do both.

Iris Stage (Dragon Weakness)
Iris uses her best partner, Haxorus.
Iris's Haxorus has a Clearheaded. This means when using the Outrage move, it cannot be confused. Also, Iris's Haxorus has a 30% chance to raise her Physical Attack by 1 rank.
Iris's Haxorus Outrage attack was really powerful. Flinching is the only way to avoid Haxorus's Outrage move.
Raise your team's Physical Defense as soon as possible for a long battle.
