GET READY - We believe the Jetty Foreshore Rezoning proposal by Property Development NSW (PDNSW), will soon be on public exhibition and open for public submissions.

PDNSW plans to rezone the public land land along the Jetty Foreshore as 'mixed use' where multi-level buildings and other developments at the desire of the developers can be built. Much of this land is currently zoned 'Recreation'.

Once rezoned, the previously public land will be sold off to private interests.
You can say good by to all the Jetty things you love.
There'll be no room for you as they look down from above.
But there is something that you can do.
Keep the Foreshore For All Not for the Few, by submitting an ojection to the propized rezoning.
