We bought this tool because when we did the tire rotation video, one stud came loose from the wheel hub. We tried to remove it by pulling out on the wheel to create tension on the nut and then by using a pry bar against the nut and rim. Neither attempt yielded any progress. This tool is a professional grade product coming in at $199. At first, it was difficult to get working however it did do the job and did not damage the rim.
