Ingredients:
For Rabri:
2 liter full-fat milk
3-4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
A few strands of saffron (optional)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped nuts (pistachios & almonds)

For Falooda Base:
1/4 cup falooda sev (cooked & cooled)
1 tbsp sabja seeds (soaked for 20–30 mins)
1tbsp cup rose syrup or Rooh Afza
1 tbsp kesar syrup
