Their goal was to create a top-of-the-line microphone preamp and EQ with low noise, extra wide bandwidth, and an incredibly musical sound. Out of this vision came the ISA-110 channel strip, a truly beautiful transformer-coupled mic preamp with a 4-band EQ, complete with high-pass and lowpass filters.
