The Scream Awards celebrated the epic eight-part Harry Potter film series by giving the ten-year-old franchise an "Ultimate Scream" award at its 2011 ceremony. Potter star Daniel Radcliffe accepted the award, which was presented by fellow actor Samuel L. Jackson, at Lincoln Center in New York City. The award show was broadcast on Spike TV on October 18th, 2011.
