How I bake in my RM2020 🥳
🥖preheat to 250C. An infrared temperature gun is pivotal to get the correct temp of the stones.
🥖load bread and steam for 15secs (5secs each deck), the right and back sides of the oven.
🥖bake for 20mins
🥖release steam and bake for 12mins
