Companies are risk adverse and they'll hire the "best" candidate for the job, or in other words, they'll hire the least risky person applying. What does this have to do with you has a university students seeking employment? Well, you need to begin to eliminate as many risks in hiring you as you can. There are ways to show that you are worth hiring and in this episode we discuss how you can start doing that now.
