Ingredients per 1 kg
50 % pork belly
25 % wheat flour
15 % cooking stock
10 % pork liver

Spices per kg
25 g onion
17.5 g salt
2.5 g Cure #1
4 g marjoram
2 g black pepper
2 g allspice
0.5 g mace
0.5 g clove
