大家好,我是南哥,今天給大家分享一道家庭版的薑蔥炒蟹,味道不比飯店的差,方法簡單,容易操作!
做薑蔥炒蟹,主要食材選用鮮活的海蟹,500克,生粉適量,蔥適量,薑片適量,蠔油少許,生抽適量,食用鹽少許,芡汁(生粉水適量)
1將處理好的螃蟹開口處裹上生粉靜置幾分鐘,放入鍋中炸至金黃色,大概8成熟,撈出備用,
2鍋中留滴油,加入薑片,蔥白,炒香,加入煎好的螃蟹翻炒均勻,加入適量的生抽,蠔油,食用鹽,繼續翻炒均勻,加入蔥綠段,淋上芡汁翻炒收汁即可出鍋裝盤了!
