المقادير
كيلو من الفاصوليا
حبة طماطم مفرومة
حبة بصل مفروم
نصف كأس زيت زيتون وزيت نباتية
قطعة صغيرة من اللحم
ملعقة من البقدونس والقزبرة
القليل من الفلفل الأسود
ملعقة من الفلفل الأحمر
ملعقة من الكركم
القليل من الزنجبيل
القليل من الفلفل الحار
القليل من الثوم المفروم
ملعقة كبيرة مركز الطماطم
ملح + ماء


Ingrédients
Un kilo de haricots
1 tomate, hachée
1 oignon, haché
Une demi-tasse d'huile d'olive et d'huile végétale
Un petit morceau de viande
Cuillerée de persil et de coriandre
Un peu de poivre noir
Cuillerée de poivron rouge
Cuillère de curcuma
Un peu de gingembre
Un peu de piment
Un peu d'ail haché
1 cuillère à soupe de concentré de tomate
Sel + eau
