Tool used: Latest version of Adobe Photoshop.

I use:

Generative fill
Adobe's new selection paint tool
Masking all the things
Different color backgrounds to try and see all the pixels

I'm still on my learning journey, so feel free to (constructively) let me know if you feel there's a more efficient way to do what I'm doing here! :)
