Direct Pay for Non-Profits Webinar #2

This is the second of two webinars to share information about Direct Pay, a new federal program that provides up to 50% of the cost of installing solar panels and/or energy storage batteries. This program is intended for leaders in non-taxable organizations such as houses of worship and schools.

In part one, we heard from Congresswoman Kamlager-Dove about the IRA in general and the Direct Pay program in particular and how it's designed to support non-profits like yours. Then we'll discuss the barriers and questions that we have in using this program on our particular organizations and properties.

In part two, (Monday, Oct 28th, 5:30 pm) we'll hear about a church that has completed installing solar thanks to the Direct Pay program. We'll hear from the installer who did the project, and the CPA who's supported the tax filing status. We'll also hear about how this works for schools, from the group Undaunted K-12.
