Known for her crystal clear voice, BAEK A YEON made her big debut in 2012 after making it to the top three of the popular talent search show "K-Pop Star" in 2011. Then she dominated the top spots of various music charts and shows with the song "Shouldn't Have...," which she wrote at the end of a disappointing relationship. After that, she released more songs about love, oftentimes unrequited love, including "Looking For Love" and "so-so, which has eventually become her own genre.

짝사랑을 한번이라도 해본 사람이라면 모두가 공감할만한 ‘이럴거면 그러지말지’로 음악방송 첫 1위를 차지, 이후 ‘쏘쏘’, ‘썸타긴 뭘 타’ 등 ‘백아연표’ 썸, 짝사랑 이야기로 어느덧 짝사랑이라는 시그니처 장르가 생긴 그녀가 올해 9월 미니앨범 5집 [Observe]을 발표 후 [I’m Live]에 첫 출연을 했다.
