Members of the stock theft fighting association, Rauang in Matatiele and Tlokoeng, formerly Mount Fletcher, in the Eastern Cape, are demanding the release of four of their members who were arrested for allegedly beating a suspected livestock thief at Mapeng Village outside Matatiele. They allegedly apprehended the man for having a kraal full of livestock in the village. The four members made a brief appearance in the Maluti Magistrate's Court.
