All children and adolescent girls should have the right to access the internet and benefit from its positive impacts and influences.

It is significantly more beneficial to teach children and adolescent safe online behaviours to protect their long-term safety, rather than prohibiting them from accessing the internet at all, as this allows them to explore and experience new things in a good way through the internet.
