How to Start Woodturning |Your First Bowl | Lesson 9

Let’s keep building your faceplate woodturning skills by turning your first bowl! Bowls are a ton of fun with those long ribbons of shavings flying!

Lesson 9 in our series builds on our faceplate skills for new and beginning woodturners. This project is our first bowl which will also prepare us for vases in our last lesson. We will cover bowl turning with a faceplate and a scroll chuck, so this lesson will be helpful regardless of your setup.
