Greek feta cheese pie : Ηow to make tiropita feta triangles

In this video we demonstrate how to open a phyllo dough and use it to make the greek feta cheese pie called tiropita. You can make it in triangles, long rolls and snail shape cheese pies that the kids love.

Please watch all the video and you will get the recipe that uses feta cheese, a bit of gouda and eggs. If you want you can add nutmeg and or mint. Both of these ingredients are loved by grownups but for children I would not use them. The kids love the basic recipe cheese, eggs. In this recipe we will brush them with olive oil and bake them at 200 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes heat of the oven up and down no fan.
