Have the RTX 3080 Crashing Issues Been Fixed?!?

The rtx 3080 series gpu launch has been great at times but it quickly got out of control with larger than expected traffic and loads of issues arising now that people are getting their hands on the RTX 3080 & RTX 3090 Graphics cards. People have been experiencing game crashes and we experienced this first hand. We tested the RTX 3080 issues and also experienced crashes. Nvidia just released a new driver update, has it fixed the issues?
