INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 EGGS
½ CUP POWDER SUGAR
½ TSPN VANILLA ESSENCES
MIX UNTILL FLUFFY
¼ CUP OIL
1 CUP FLOUR/MAIDA
1 TSPN BAKING POWDER
SIEVE
¼ CUP MILK (POUR GRADUALLY)
MIX WELL
GREASE OIL IN A MOULD
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
BRUSH OIL
POUR THE BATTER
PLACE A PAN WITH WIRE STAND
PRE HEAT 5-7 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD
COOK FOR 25-30 MIN.
BAKE FOR 25 MIN.
CAKE IS READY & COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
REMOVE THE PAPER
¼ CUP MIXED FRUIT JAM
SPREAD WELL
SOME DESICCATED COCONUT
