Описание к видео A Month in Color - Episode 2: Setting Up a Future Planner

One of the first things I like to do in any free form planner is create a future planner spread. I want to make sure that any appointments, events, or notes that I need to remember in the coming months have a designated space.

And what better way to continue rolling into A Month in Color than with a ton of colors? I had a lot of fun building up these hilly layers. There is something so satisfying about a watercolor gradient, and having six of them here was pretty awesome. I am really pleased with how this spread turned out. I want my watercolor planner to be as practical as it is pretty, and this struck the right balance for me.

Setting up a future planner is really quite easy in concept. All you need to do is have space for three, six, or twelve months so you don't lose important notes. The landscape format of the journal actually did magnificently here, though I'll admit I was a little concerned. In the end, these six columns were the perfect size and shape that I needed. After all, I don't need a ton of room for my future planner.

Two days of A Month in Color down - 29 to go!
