Hey Pokémon trainers and welcome to the MEGA Randomized Nuzlocke Series Playthrough! All the games from Gen 1 to Gen 6 will be streamed IN A ROW. Should the Nuzlocke fail at ANY point, the series is considered as a failed attempt. Let's talk about the rules:

1. I may ONLY catch the first encounter each route/town provides. All Pokémon locations are randomized. Should I fail to capture the first encounter (faint, run out of pokeballs) the encounter is surrendered and I do not get a 2nd attempt.
2. Encounters can be rerolled ONLY if the Pokémon has been encountered (caught/failed) before. Rerolling can be used or passed on. If I chose to reroll, the next non-encountered Pokémon will be the encounter.
3. Static encounters (Articuno for example) are their own encounter and do not count for the route/town.
4. If a Pokémon faints at any point, the Pokémon must be placed in a graveyard box and not used for the rest of the game. If I faint, the run ends.
5. The team must consist of only 1 Pokémon of a primary type. If two Pokémon overlap in primary type, one must be placed in the box. The Pokémon can then be used as a replacement or swapped in at any point.
6. HM Pokémon may be caught but they must NOT battle. This is to ensure we can access areas, and this must only be done in the event no existing alive Pokémon can learn the HM.
7. At the end of each game/generation, I will decide on one alive Pokémon to be our wish encounter for the next game. The wish encounter is a once per game, exception to the catching rules above. Should the wish Pokémon appear but would have not been caught due to the rules above, the Pokémon overrides the rules ONCE. This resets every game, and the Pokémon must keep it's nickname.
8. All Pokémon must have nicknames.
9. All items, except key items, are randomized. This includes TMs, item balls, and held items.
10. All Pokémon are randomized. This includes trainers, wild, static, traded, and legendary pokemon. Any Pokémon that isn't randomized is purely coincidence. All Pokemon may evolve free of trade requirements.
11. Shinies do not adhere to the rules above except fainting/death rules.
