To find out how kungfu improves body strength — and makes its practitioners look younger — we hung out with Li Chan Wo, an 82-year-old master, and descendent of the legendary Wong Fei-hung. Here, he teaches us ten-rings kungfu — you know, the moves made famous by Shang-Chi.
