1 HR Watching Airplanes, Aircraft Identification | Plane Spotting Anchorage Airport [ANC/PANC] #6

Описание к видео 1 HR Watching Airplanes, Aircraft Identification | Plane Spotting Anchorage Airport [ANC/PANC] #6

Anchorage Airport is by far the best airport for plane spotters in the world with a keen eye for old, classic planes. Geographically advantaged, freight airlines use Anchorage as a fuel stop for routes between Asia and North America that the aircrafts aren't able to fly directly to when fully loaded, such as Hong Kong - New York.

This video focuses on the afternoon and evening period of aircraft action. The famous Anchorage spot, with the planes rotating in front of you as they takeoff on runway 33 is front-lit in the afternoon period, providing the famous photographs you see everywhere. This video however, the majority of the action was filmed on the opposite direction. Runway 15 arrivals which I filmed over the course of the afternoon provides one of the best landing angles I have ever seen.

A huge highlight for me was the Kalitta Air Cargo 747 with the Mask livery. There's a lot of diversity to see in the afternoon, including Silkway, China Airlines, UPS, NAC, Alaskan and so many others. The ultimate goal of this video is to share the airline and aircraft variety you would expect to see at ANC, as many don't get to enjoy to visit this wonderful airport!

I hope you enjoy!
